Our Loyalty Card is our way of showing appreciation to the wonderful customers who support The Old Shed. Whether you join us for your morning coffee, a relaxed lunch or a well deserved treat, your visits mean a great deal to us. The loyalty card allows us to give something back in return.

How it works

Each time you visit The Old Shed, simply present your loyalty card at the till before your purchase is completed. You will collect one point for every pound you spend. Each point is worth one penny, so one hundred points is equal to one pound to spend on your next visit. At the moment, loyalty card holders also enjoy ten percent off all hot drinks as a little thank you from us.

How to get a loyalty card

Applying for a loyalty card is very simple. Loyalty cards are available through our online application form only. Once you have submitted your application, your card will be prepared for you and will be ready to collect from The Old Shed till one week after submission. You can begin collecting points as soon as you have your card. Any points earned before you collect your card in person cannot be redeemed.​​

If you forget to scan your card

If you forget to bring your loyalty card with you, points cannot be added later. Points can only be collected when the physical card is presented at the till during your purchase.

 

Lost or stolen cards

If your card goes missing, please let us know. We will arrange a replacement for you and any points you have already collected will remain valid.

Cancelling your card

You can cancel your loyalty card at any time by emailing us at info@theoldshedcharlbury.co.uk. Any unused points will be removed when your account is closed.
