Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms apply to The Old Shed Cafe Loyalty Card. By applying for or using a loyalty card, you agree to these Terms.

​

2. Eligibility and Application

  • Loyalty cards are available to customers aged sixteen or over

  • Applications must be completed through our online application form

  • Your card will be prepared and ready to collect from The Old Shed till one week after submission

​

3. Collecting Points

  • You earn one point for every pound you spend

  • Each point is worth one penny

  • Points can be used on future visits once your physical card has been collected

  • Points earned before collecting your card cannot be redeemed

  • If your card is not presented at the time of purchase, points cannot be added later

  • Points can only be collected when the physical card is scanned at the till

4. Rewards and Offers

  • Points can be used as money off future purchases

  • At the moment, loyalty card holders also enjoy ten percent off all hot drinks

  • All offers are subject to availability and may change

  • Points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash

5. Lost or Stolen Cards

  • If your card is lost or stolen, contact us and we will arrange a replacement

  • Any points already collected will remain valid

6. Cancelling Your Card

  • You may cancel your loyalty card at any time by emailing info@theoldshedcharlbury.co.uk

  • Any unused points will be removed when your account is closed

​

7. Data Protection

  • We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

  • We use your information to manage your loyalty account and tailor rewards

  • You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time

8. Programme Changes

We may amend or withdraw the loyalty programme at any time. If the programme is terminated, we will provide at least three months notice.

9. Misuse

We may cancel a loyalty card if it is used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law
